All our products have a garanty of at least two years (except used, which have one year garranty).
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. This doesn't include shipping rates (road trip).
When you receive your product, check if it is damaged during transport. In case it is damaged complain directly to the delivery man. It is the faster and easier way to solve the transport problems.
In case you didn't notice the damages in the moment you were handed the package, send us an e-mail before 24 hours after the reception.
Si han pasado entre de 15 días y de dos años desde la fecha de la factura o la fecha en la que recibiste los productos, tienes derecho a la reparación (en caso de que el producto esté defectuoso), o de sustitución del producto (en caso de que no se pueda reparar).
