The on-line system to request invoice duplicates is not available. Anyway you can request an invoice duplicate by sending an e-mail to: info@simpleoption.com . Don't forget to include your order number and full name.
Note: All orders include an invoice inside the package. Costs associated with sending a new invoice (except sending in electronic form) are bound to the customer.
